What do I need to have prepared before this meeting?

• Clear goals you want to work on with your body, relationship with food, exercise, gut, hormones, mindset, habits, etc. The clearer you are on your vision, the better we can tailor your strategy.

• Self-awareness of what you’ve struggled with so far getting to your goals on your own & what you’d specifically want to see in a mentorship.

How much do you charge?

• Women who work with us are not looking for one-size-fits-all programs & realize that investing in their health is the most efficient way to reach their lifestyle goals. Your mentorship package depends on a] specifically what is included in your strategy, b] how long we need to work together, c] the level of support you need to be successful.


We build this alongside you during this meeting, and then will have a transparent conversation about your investment.

What is included in the mentorship?

• For most women, we mentor around sustainable nutrition strategies, time-management, stress-management, strength-training with progressive overload to build lean and toned bodies, mindset, and long-term behavior and habit change. A more in-depth overview is here and we will go over your specific focuses on our call.

What if I don’t want to start right away?

• Please hold off on scheduling this call until you are ready to start working toward your goals.
