MEET MORGAN

HEAD COACH / FOUNDER

Morgan is from Central Kentucky and graduated with her Bachelor’s from the University of Kentucky. She created a premium fitness coaching mentorship for women, now known as Omnia, in 2016 after her own journey of yo-yo dieting and trying on her own for years. She mastered fat-loss, muscle-building, and overall physique change through multiple bodybuilding competitions, coaches, mentors, and certifications.

After multiple fitness competitions, Morgan realized her true passion was helping women step into a higher version of themselves, master their daily habits and routines, and finally learn how to keep a body that reflects the hard work they put into it. She has since built a team of nutrition and fitness coaches to bridge the gap between fitness and lifestyle.

Hi, I’m Tara! My fitness journey began after a severe knee injury forced me to give up all of my sports — something that, at the time, felt like the end of the world. But that setback became the start of something bigger. I discovered the gym, fell in love with strength training, and eventually stepped on stage as a competitive bodybuilder — earning top 3 placements at both the national and international level.


Over the years, that passion for fitness evolved into a true calling: helping women transform their bodies, confidence, and mindset in a way that lasts.


I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist — which means I blend science-backed strategies with a holistic, sustainable approach to help my clients reach their goals without restriction or burnout.


I’m here to motivate, educate, and guide you toward feeling strong, confident, and in control of your health — not just for a season, but for life. My mission is to help you reach your goals in a way that fits your lifestyle and allows you to actually enjoy the process.

Hey, I’m Britt! With over a decade in the health and wellness field, my heart is to help women feel supported, capable, and truly well. As a wife, homeschool mom, and former single mom who juggled multiple jobs, I understand real-life busy… and I believe fitness should work within your life, not require your life to revolve around it.

My own journey through gut issues, hormone imbalance, and autoimmune struggles ignited a passion to walk alongside others in their healing. I’m currently pursuing my FDN-P certification so I can serve with deeper insight and compassion.

I’m grateful to steward the body God gave me, and I’m committed to helping other women do the same with confidence, sustainability, and grace. My mission is to empower women to build habits that support the life they love—without sacrificing the things that matter most.

COACH KAYLEE

Hey hey! It’s Kaylee here. I started my fitness journey like so many others - no clue what I was doing, stuck in bad eating habits, and caught in a binge cycle. Eventually, I fell in love with bodybuilding and realized how much weightlifting pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me grow as a person.

My true love for fitness really began after having my daughter, Ariya. Even more-so after becoming a single mom… it changed everything. With her little eyes always watching, I constantly ask myself, “Is this what I want my daughter to learn from me?” Navigating motherhood while taking care of my own health taught me discipline and the importance of showing her what it looks like to prioritize yourself.

Helping other women step into their strongest, most confident selves has become one of the most rewarding parts of my life. No one deserves to look in the mirror and dislike what they see - you deserve so much more. Now I get to guide women as they grow, discover their power, and realize their true potential. There’s nothing more inspiring than watching a woman evolve into her best self.

Hey there- I'm Rachel! I lost 60 lbs and completely changed my life through fitness. It wasn’t always easy, but it was the most empowering thing I’ve ever done and it led me to discover a version of myself I didn’t even know existed.


Since then, I’ve run three marathons, fallen in love with lifting, and now I get to coach women every day as they step into their strongest, most confident selves.


I’m a certified nutrition coach, and I currently teach spin and Pilates. What truly lights me up is seeing women build confidence they didn’t know they had. That's why I do what I do. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed or unsure where to start, I’ve been there!!  And I’m here to help you every step of the way. Hey gorgeous! I'm Sarah! Are you tired - physically, mentally, and emotionally? I get it. I’ve been there. As a teen, I tried every fad diet I saw on The Biggest Loser, desperate to shrink myself. Through my early 20s, I lived in a binge–restrict cycle, hiding my eating habits and carrying so much shame. Everything changed when I finally got the right tools and support. That’s when I discovered the real magic of fitness; it’s not just about changing your body, but transforming your entire life. Now, my mission is to help you do the same.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Physical Education and a teaching degree because I love helping people learn and grow. When you work with me, you’re not just getting a coach! You’re getting someone in your corner, guiding you every step with tools that actually fit your busy life. And I understand “busy.” When I’m not coaching, I’m teaching 30 energetic 3–5-year-olds, so I know exactly what it’s like to put yourself last.

That’s why I’m here: to make sure you never have to navigate this journey alone. I’ll help you build strategies that work, keep you consistent, and give you more energy and joy to pour into the people you love. Your transformation is waiting… and I’ll be here cheering you on the whole way.

Hey Love, I’m Sandra. I went from varsity athlete to completely starting over after a severe head injury turned my whole life upside down. Rebuilding my body meant rebuilding my identity, my mindset, and my confidence.

What became my hardest setback is now the foundation of my purpose. I learned how to use training, nutrition, and movement to heal and create strength that actually lasts.

Now I help women who feel stuck or disconnected do the same. My coaching blends realistic fitness, mindset support, and emotional awareness so you can feel strong, grounded, and confident in your body again.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree specializing in Mental Health and Illness, which allows me to support you on a deeper level — not just physically, but as a whole human.
